Mackintosh Official offers a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items, ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their premium outerwear. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including the designer dust bag and all authenticity cards provided at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
